I'm quite late in sending this letter to you, although I have been meaning to for a while already. In early July of 2012, you performed a tubal reversal on me after a cauterization that on the initial operating report was reported as being cauterized 7 times per side. I do not know if this was correct or a mistake on the report as it seems like overkill, but you were able to restore the tubes with a good deal of length left per tube.
I had initially had my tubes tied in 2006, and my husband disagreed with my decision but went along with it because of my persistence. I did it out of pure selfishness, as I had selfish ambitions and plans that having children would hinder. A few years after I had my tubes tied, I had some major life changes, including becoming a Christian, and getting forgiveness through Yeshua the Messiah, (Isaiah 52:13-15 and 53 speaks of Him), as the propitiation for sins through His blood. Immediately I was cut to the heart about my former mistake of having my tubes tied and sought information on making right my mistake.
When we finally decided to go ahead with it and got all the funds together, my husband felt as though I should have the procedure done by you, so I made inquiry, and scheduled to have my tubal ligation reversed. At the time I had this procedure done, my husband was in Afghanistan. He was gone until late January.
In early February, God immediately allowed me to become pregnant. I'm so thankful to you for your skill and precision and also thankful that you chose this as your vocation. It was well worth the 10 hr drive for sure, even though there were many others closer who do reversal surgeries.
Attached are pictures of our first baby since the reversal. She was born at home on 17 Nov 2013 (2 weeks and 1 day late, weighing 9lb 4oz). Feel free to use any part/s of this letter as a testimonial on your website.
