Trouble Sleeping: Some women will have difficulty sleeping in the days or weeks after the procedure. Some of this is related to the discomfort of the incision and some of it is related to getting too much rest as your recooperate. Try to avoid stimulates with caffeine and avoid alcoholic beverages. You might try taking one of the pain pills 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime to make sure your pain level is controlled enough to allow for a restful sleep.
