Pain issues: There are a variety of aches and pains that can happen during pregnancy. It's not always easy to know what is the cause of these aches and/or pains. When a woman has had tubal reconstructive surgery and she is pregnant then there is greater concern when pain occurs.

Tubal surgery, plus pregnancy, plus pelvic pain is generally considered to be an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy within the tube) until proven otherwise.

This is an emergent situation and you need to respond quickly. Please read "bleeding during early pregnancy" to see how to proceed!
