Case Facts: On 6/15/1992 at the age of 21, Nina had a "bilateral partial salpingectomy, modified Pomeroy procedure" with 3.0 cm of tube removed from the right side and 2.0 cm removed from the left side. At the age of 30, on 3/28/2002 Dr Levin repaired Nina's left tube. Once into the abdomen she was found to have rather severe adhesions that Dr. Levin meticulously removed. Once things were cleaned up it was found that the outer end of her right tube was missing and it was decided not to attempt any repair on that side. The left tube was repaired and ultimately Nina had 5.5 cm of good tube on that side. Even with only one side repaired and losing some cycles to ovulation on the missing right side, Nina conceived within four months of the surgery. I believe that my testimony would be one of great encouragement as well as success under the most extreme measures.
I contacted Dr. Levin's office after surfing the net, sending for brochures etc. The response that I got from his staff was phenomenal they are encouraging and treat you with respect and like family. We made the trip to Louisville in Spring 2002! Upon arriving I was welcomed with open arms and the accommodations where great! I had a pomery tubaligation in June of 1992. My surgery in Louisville went successful however there was a major glitch - my right fallopian tube had sort of vanished over the 10 year course or when the tubaligation was done maybe the ends were cut too short! Overall Dr. Levin was only able to reconnect one tube!!! My left one! That saddened me because my chances of conception were now cut in half!!! Giving me only 6 chances a year to conceive! There is a God and I have been fortunate enough to meet one of his angels - Dr. Richard Levin!!!! IN 4 months I conceived, who would have ever thought!!!! Today we are the proud parents of A.J. (Aki Jonathan) Williams who was born April 1st 2003! This was no April Fools!!! It was real! And we thank GOD, Dr. Levin and his entire staff! We are now attempting to conceive our 2nd T.R.(tubal reversal) baby! I would recommend Dr. Levin and his staff to anyone who has a 'real' desire and ambition to conceive children after a tubaligation! Please believe in God and Dr. Levin!! I would like to share with you all the success of my 2nd TR Baby! Please meet Nia Denise Williams! She was born on June 25, 2006 weighing in at a whopping 9.0Lbs even and 21 inches long!
