John and I married a little over a year ago, and almost right away knew
we wanted a child together. Both of us had lost children through
divorce - ended up with the other parent. I lost my 15 year old son,
and still get to see him quite often, but it's still not the same and
was very painful. John lost his 7 year old over a year ago - mother
moved to Portland, Maine, and refuses visitation. Painful beyond
words. SO, what to do next? John had heard about Dr. Levin's excellent
reputation - that he can go where no man has gone before. Jewish
Hospital is world-renowned for being the best in the world in several
areas. What better can you get?? If it were not for Dr. Levin, we
probably would not have tried having a tubal ligation reversal. Dr.
Levin made it sound simple, and very promising - 85% success rate. His
staff in his office and at the hospital during the day of the surgery
could not have been better. The operation was easy compared to what we
would have thought, and 364 days later - on August 22nd - a week ago -
we had a beautiful baby girl that neither of us ever imagined we would
or could have. Dr. Levin and his staff were supportive before, during
and after the surgery, and keep on making this the best thing that's
happened in our lives for a long time. I wanted another child many
years ago - but that thought was squashed and I gave that up without a
hope and went on with my life. Dr. Levin gave us hope again - which is
often hard to find. He and his staff are so easy going, we would not
hesitate to do it all over again, and have already recommended him to
several of our friends. They say there are angels all around us, and
these guys definitely fit the picture. Thank you so much for our little
girl. We are still pinching ourselves that she is here.
P.S. Dr. Levin is so attentive he even responds to emails at night, on
weekends, etc.
Sincerely, John, Cindy and Meredith Madison Murray
