I have prepared this web site for those couples having difficulty with infertility. I would like to provide you with a brief summary of the frequency, causes and diagnostic evaluations of infertility. It is my hope that with a more complete understanding of these topics, you and your significant other will have a quicker and more successful course through the evaluation and therapy phase of your problem with the least amount of emotional trauma.

Before going on to those matters, let me first tell you something about myself so that we might better relate to one another. I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where I have completed much of my formal education. I am married and have four daughters. My medical education is as follows:
