Drugs & Herbs to avoid before surgery
 It is the recommendation of the American Society of Anesthesiologists that the following medications/herbs must be discontinued for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to surgery. If you do take any of these products and have not discontinued it's use prior to fourteen (14) days, the anesthesiologist at his/her discretion may cancel your surgery and send you home. If you have any questions about this issue, please call Anesthesiology Associates, PSC. at 1-502-897-1839. You will need to leave your name and a call back number so that one of the doctor's can get back to you as their schedule allows. Please give them your home, work and cell numbers.
